"Setup was easier than I expected"
We used Ingo Money with our registration platform and, i was a little unsure at first since I’m not super techy. But it connected without much trouble, and the steps were clear enough to follow. It saved us from doing a bunch of manual work, which was a relief. I did have one small question, and support got back to me quickly. Overall, it just worked, and that’s really what we needed.

"Decent, but I'm tired of the costs adding up"
The service is okay overall, but I'm getting a little worn out from paying for yet another thing every month. It works fine, I just feel like the price is a bit high for what I'm getting.

"Good results, setup took little time"
We tried ingo.me for a referral campaign last month, and it worked better than I expected. We got more shares and sign ups than the usual email push we do, and the tracking was easy to follow once everything was running.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the setup was a bit confusing at first. Support team did help, but it took a few messages back and forth before we got it sorted. Overall though, I’m happy with the results and would use it again.

It’s been working okay for us overall, but I do kind of wish there were more options for branding and customization. Maybe I’m missing something, but a few parts are a little hard to match with our usual style.

"Got us some "better leads""
We started seeing leads come in quickly, which was a nice surprise. The setup was "pretty easy" overall, and it definitely helped us get a better flow of potential customers.

"Works reliably every time"
I’ve been using Ingo Money for a while now and, umm, it just works. I haven’t run into random errors or slow pages so far, which is really nice. Overall, I’m happy with how stable it feels

"I had a small issue with my account..."
I had a small issue with my account and felt a little misled at first because it wasn’t clear what was going on. But support got back to me quickly, explained everything in normal, easy-to-understand words, and fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. In the end, I was happy with how they handled it.

"Sharing worked... sort of"
I’ll give it some credit, it did help me get a few shares, so it wasn’t useless. Setup was easy and didn’t take much effort. That said, I’m not totally convinced it made a huge difference. Some of my posts did okay, others didn’t really move much, so the results felt a bit hit or miss...

"Pretty easy to use, just needs a little smoothing out"
I’ve been using ingo.me and, for the most part, it’s straightforward. I didn’t have a hard time finding what I needed, which was reassuring, but there were a few spots where I wasn’t totally sure if I was doing the right thing and had to click around a bit more than expected. It’s not a bad experience at all, especially for basic stuff, but I think it could feel a little more polished and guided

"I’ve been checking the reports every week and..."
I’ve been checking the reports every week and they’re just… easy to follow, I guess. The analytics make it clear what’s working without me having to click around forever or dig through a bunch of stuff. saved me a decent amount of time.
